External assets are external images, video, or audio files that you can add to the presentation using the „Media Library.” You can find more about the „Media Library” here. 

You can add external assets to your „Media Library” in advance by clicking the „Media Library” button in the upper left corner of the top bar, between the link to the „Talenote homepage” and the „Dashboard.” You will then have easy access to them as you create your presentation. 

You can also add them on the fly as you edit each section, such as backgrounds or media. 

You can add external assets to the „Media Library” by clicking the „Add External Asset+” button in the „Media Library,” using: 

1. „Source Link” – the link to a specific item (video, image, audio)
2. „Embed Code”  – for maps, tables, and elements from other websites („Embed Code” includes HTML code)
3. „Stock” – Unsplash Stock Images Gallery, which we provide for your convenience
