You can find the „Section Settings” section in each section. Just hover the cursor over the particular section, and the „Section Settings” button will appear in its upper right corner (next to the „Delete,” „Duplicate,” and „Copy” buttons). When clicked, the „Section Settings” section will be displayed in the right toolbar. 

In the „Section Settings” section you can:

1. Change the section name 
2. Choose the scrolling effect 
3. Set the height of the section 
4. Arrange the section (left or right side)
5. Choose a background color
6. Set margins 
7. Add media as a section background
