1. Click the „Media Library” button in the upper left corner of the top bar, between the link to the „Talenote homepage” and the „Dashboard”
2. Clicking the „Media Library” button will open the „Media Library”
3. Click „Add External Asset+” on the right side of the „External Assets” section
4. Clicking it will open the window where you can add external assets 
5. You can add external assets using: 
   • „Source Link” – by selecting the asset type (video, image, audio), pasting the link into the „Paste your link here” section and saving the asset
   • „Embed Code” – by pasting the code into the „Paste your code here” section and saving the asset
   • „Stock” – by searching for images from the Unsplash Stock Images Gallery via the „magnifying glass” icon in the right side of the window and saving a few different assets before starting your work
6. Once the new file is uploaded, you can change the name under which it will be displayed in the „Media Library”
7. To save your changes, click the „Save” button. Remember to save every item you upload or select from the Unsplash Stock Images Gallery
