You can sort your already uploaded files by the following options, which are displayed on the left side above „Uploaded Assets”. You can sort by:

• „View”:
  • „All” – all media you have uploaded
  • „Unassigned” – all media you have uploaded that are not assigned to the particular presentations
  • „By story” – uploaded media used in particular presentations
• „Ownership”:
  • „All” – all media you have uploaded
  • „Owned” – uploaded media in presentations owned by you
  • „Shared” – uploaded media shared with other users
• „Type of Media”:
  • „All” – all media you have uploaded
  • „Video” – video files
  • „Image” – images
  • „Audio” – audio files
  • „Other” – other media

• „Sort”:
  • „Newest”
  • „Oldest”
  • „A-Z”
  • „Z-A”
