After you hover the cursor over the particular preset, buttons will appear in its upper right corner: „Delete,” „Duplicate,” „Copy,” and „Section Settings.” Clicking the „Duplicate” button will duplicate the preset. 

It is especially useful when you want to try different visual effects or change colors, without risking losing your previous settings. 

Detailed description: 

1. Hover the cursor over the preset you want to duplicate  
2. The „Duplicate” button will appear in the upper right corner of the preset
3. Clicking the button will duplicate the preset
