Background Media



You can add media to your presentation by editing the preset background. You can do this by uploading a file from your computer or saving an external asset. Read more about external assets here. 

Detailed description:

  1. Click the „+” sign in the circle that will appear at the bottom of the section when you hover the cursor over it
  2. The „Choose From Presets” section will be displayed in the right toolbar below the „Add blank section”
  3. Choose one of the presets from „Choose From Presets”
  4. After you hover the cursor over the preset, buttons will appear in its upper right corner: „Delete,” „Duplicate,” „Copy,” and „Section Settings” 
  5. Click the „Section Settings” button and the „Section Settings” section will appear on the right toolbar
  6. Find „Background Media” in the right toolbar at the bottom, above „Background Audio”
  7. Click the „Add Media” button, and the „Media Library” will open
  8. You can add images and video as the background of the preset in the following ways:
    • By selecting your previously uploaded files in the „Uploaded Assets” section of the „Media Library”
    • By selecting your previously uploaded files in the „External Assets” section of the „Media Library”
  9. To upload an external asset, click the „Add External Asset+” button in the „Media Library,” using: 
    • „Source Link” – by selecting the asset type (video, image, audio), pasting the link into the „Paste your link here” section, and saving the asset
    • „Embed Code” – by pasting the code into the „Paste your code here” section and saving the asset
    • „Stock” – by selecting from a stock gallery provided for you
  10. If there is no „Add Media” option in the „Background Media”, you can change media by clicking „Change” and selecting the asset from previously uploaded files in the „Uploaded Assets” and „External Assets” or uploading an external asset by clicking the „Add External Asset+”. Here you can determine „Video Parameters” by choosing between „Loop” or „Once” and „Sound” or „No Sound”.
  11. Remember to save the uploaded files
